The examples show how Linkify handles page text and read-only and editable text fields.

Ordinary page text

The first example address is https://example.com/. Another address: https://example.org/?demo=links.

With Linkify enabled, clicking a recognised address opens it in a new tab.

Read-only text field

Editable text fields

Ctrl+click directly on the URL; on a Mac, use ⌘+click. An ordinary click places the cursor. Selecting and typing continue to work.

Add new sample notes. On an enabled website, Linkify automatically processes these newly loaded text fields as well.
